This high-velocity fitness challenge begins January 19, and with the support of trainers, other participants and these six powerful incentives, you can reach your personal fitness goals in six amazing weeks!

2. Weigh-ins – Watch your progress and celebrate when you reach a milestone.

The GreatFIT Challenge begins with an inspirational kickoff meeting and runs for six weeks with workouts and weigh-ins every Thursday at 6 p.m. This program costs $100 for all six weeks is available at the following GreatLIFE Fitness Clubs:

During the first session, we’ll explain the rules and work up a nutrition plan, introduce the team leaders and do the initial weigh-in. It’s the ideal time to get to know your Nutrition Journal, ask questions, get answers, work out and get fired up.
