Aqua Aerobics (All Levels)
Cardio and toning using water resistance provides a great workout with very little impact.
Cardio Interval (All Levels)
Get ultimate fitness results with a variety of cardio combinations while building strength and endurance. This class will test your endurance, strength and stamina, and will work you hard for a full 60 minutes. With Cardio Sculpt you will see results in all areas of your body and you will gain confidence in your ability to train at a high level! Cardio Sculpt uses weights, exercise balls, speed bikes and high-intensity movement to give you an exhilarating, effective total body workout.
Body Pump (All Levels)
is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Zumba (All Levels)
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
PLAY Everything Kid Zone
Designed to make fitness fun for kids from 6 to 12, GreatLIFE fitness professional use a mix of games, challenges and educational activities to enrich the lives of young people. Every 20 minutes brings a new fitness challenge and game.
Hi/Lo Cardio (Int-Adv)
Want a traditional aerobics class? Our Hi/Lo Cardio impact aerobics puts you through the motions you’ve come to expect and keeps you in shape.
Step up to higher level of fitness with our high-intensity cardio class using a step.
Yin Yoga: All about deep stretching and complete relaxation. Yin is a complement to an active yoga practice or life in general and is suitable for everyone. It lengthens ligaments, softens joints and relaxes the back.
Ready to experience the exhilaration of outdoor cycling right at the gym? Then it’s time to experience RealRyder. Get a solid cardio workout with even more benefits: stronger core, improved balance and coordination, toned arms and legs, greater joint mobility, and improved endurance, speed and agility.
RealRyder classes are FREE to all GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness members. With a maximum capacity of 26 riders, members must get a RealRyder card at the member support desk 30 minutes prior to class in order to reserve a bike.
High/Low Impact Aerobics:
Fun and easy to follow aerobic workout building strength and stamina using weights and medicine balls.
Low Impact Circuit: Circuit stations offer strength, balance, mobility, agility and power.
High/Low Aerobics/Strength Training-A high/low aerobics class interspersed with strengthening segments, including abdominal work and stretches.
All Levels Yoga:
A class built for beginners and those that want a simple and concise practice. Learn the foundations of a healthy yoga practice; movements will build a little heat in the body, connected with your breath. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed. All levels.
Prenatal Yoga: Nurture, strengthen, and stretch your body as it is busy growing and changing with your precious cargo. Learn how to safely move your body through poses with appropriate modifications taken to keep yourself comfortable and your baby safe. Connect with other moms-to-be in a safe, open environment. We recommend speaking to your doctor before attending prenatal yoga.
