Are you tired of making New Year’s resolutions regarding your weight loss that never seem to work? Tired of hoping this year will be different? Tired of wondering how to go about creating those fitness habits that last? Stop hoping for change and instead ensure it with our January Jumpstart program starting January 11th!
What the January Jumpstart entails:
- January Jumpstart is an 8-week program beginning on Jan 11th with the primary goal being weight loss.
- This is a group-oriented fitness challenge that will include 3 group workouts per week as well as individualized training programs for the days that you do not have a group session.
- At the start of the program, you will have a sit-down with one of our nutrition coaches to get any general questions answered as well as touch on the weekly nutritional challenges that will be assigned to you.
- On the 11th we will do initial body scans with all participants. On March 5th we will be doing the 2nd and final body scan to compare results. Your weekly progress will be tracked with weigh-ins at the start of each week with your designated trainers.
- There will be two overall winners for our January Jumpstart. One winner will be assigned to the individual that accomplished that largest % of weight loss. The 2nd winner will be given to the individual that accumulates the most points throughout the challenge based on our weekly points system which is outlined below.
- Point system: 2 points per % of body weight lost, 1 point for achieving weekly nutrition challenge, 1 point for working with a nutrition coach, 1 point per workout attended, 1 point per workout completed on your own throughout the week that is assigned by the participant’s trainer.
- The cost for participation will be $200 total for members and $250 for non-members
