With so many options, we’re sure you have questions. We’ve compiled a list of some of the more common things we hear from our customers, along with some brief answers.

Who can share a family membership?

A family membership may include a parent, or a married couple, and any of their children under the age of 26. This includes children or incapacitated adults that the parent(s) have legal guardianship over.
Childcare is included in the family membership for kids ages 2 months to 12 years.
Single + 1 Child memberships are available for a parent who only wants to include one child on their membership.

Who can share a couple membership?

The primary and secondary members must be married to share a couple’s membership.
This membership does not include children. If a child is going to enter a GreatLIFE facility, they must be on a family membership.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Memberships can be canceled in accordance with the membership term you choose when you sign up. Month-to-month memberships are available if you want to be able to cancel at any time. 6-month and 12-month memberships are 6-month and 12-month commitments, respectively, and will only be canceled mid-term in extenuating circumstances. For special requests, please contact our membership team.

If I upgrade my membership, does my existing 12-month membership term change?

Yes. When you upgrade your membership, a new 12-month membership commitment will begin.

Why do I have to pay for my golf membership in the winter when I cannot golf?

Golf & Fitness Memberships are annual memberships, not monthly. However, we offer the option to divide the annual membership cost across 12 monthly payments rather than requiring the full annual cost to be paid up front. If you prefer not to pay membership dues in the winter, you are welcome to pay the full annual membership cost at time of sign up!

Can I charge items to my account from the EnerG Bar?

Yes you can charge items to your account. Parents may also restrict access for their kids to be able to charge to the account.

I lost my access card. How can I get a new one?

A replacement access card can be purchased for $5 during staffed hours at the fitness centers and golf course club houses.

Do I have to pay for Tennis or Golf?

If you have the Golf and Fitness Membership, Green Fees and Court Rental Fees are included in your membership!
If you have Fitness only, there is an additional cost to walk the golf course or rent tennis courts.
