Golf Academy Junior Golf Programming
Lil Linksters (Ages 5–7)
Lil Linksters is the perfect first step into golf, built around learning through games, movement, and tons of fun. We use athletic challenges, stations, and simple competitions to build coordination, balance, and the core fundamentals that make golf easier. Juniors naturally pick up grip, setup, and solid contact as they play, without feeling like they are in a lesson. If you want your child to gain confidence, make friends, and build a swing that is easier to repeat for a lifetime, this is where it starts.
Lil Launchers (Ages 8–10)
Lil Launchers is for juniors who are ready to level up and start seeing improvement while still keeping learning fun. We blend skill stations, games, and friendly competition to build better contact and stronger full-game fundamentals. Players get clear, simple coaching cues and lots of reps so progress sticks, plus take-home ideas to keep improving between sessions. If your junior is excited to play and wants more confidence on the course, Lil Launchers is the best mix of fun and development.
NextGEN MS: (Ages 11–14)
This is where we start moving from learning golf to training golf, with a more structured plan and a stronger focus on real improvement. Every golfer is coached based on where they are right now, so we can prioritize the skills they need most and build from there. Players get more individualized feedback while developing repeatable swing patterns and stronger scoring skills on the course. We also introduce practice habits, competitive games, and simple course strategy, so improvements transfer from the range to the course. The goal is to build confident golfers who know what to work on, why it matters, and how to keep getting better.
NextGEN HS: (Ages 15–18)
This is where we shift from training to performing, with a structured plan built for high school-aged golfers who want to take the next step in their own golfing journey. Every athlete is coached based on where they are right now, so we can prioritize the skills that will help them score lower the fastest and build a clear path forward. Players receive individualized feedback to sharpen repeatable swing patterns, improve contact and ball flight, and develop routines and processes to help set them up for success on the golf course. We expand the scoring side with wedges, putting, specialty shots, and pressure-based games that train confidence when it matters. The goal is to build prepared, self-aware players who understand what to work on, and how to practice with purpose.
