Acquired in late 2024, Avera McKennan Fitness Center is the second largest fitness facility in the GreatLIFE portfolio with over 50,000 sq. ft. of fitness space.

Swim & Gym
Swim & Gym Hours:
- Fridays 4 – 8 PM
- Saturdays & Sundays 2 – 5 PM
Reserved time for children 13 and under, under the supervision of a parent or guardian (18+), to utilize the basketball court and lanes 1-3 of the lap pool. This is a time specifically designated for children and their parents or guardians to have access. It will take precedence over other activities on the court or pool.
