LUNCH CRUNCH is a 30-minute class for all to participate in. It is designed for individuals who come to the gym to work out when time may be tight. Instead of scrambling around for things to do, join the class to get a full-body workout!

Class is every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12 pm – 12:30 pm

$5.00 per session or $70.00 per month
