“I have been heavily involved in sports my whole life. Like many athletes, I have also battled injuries. My time as a collegiate athlete taught me about the importance of proper training and injury prevention to perform at my best. I am passionate about helping people overcome the barriers in their lives to become stronger and healthier for years to come.“
