Why I chose a career in fitness:

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life whether it was training for a sport, recovering from an injury, or trying to improve upon my health. Early on I saw how impactful training had on both mental and physical health, which made me want to learn more and spread to others. My undergraduate and graduate degree provided me with more tools to refine my craft. In my experience, I have worked mainly in a college weightroom training athletes to be their best and compete at a high level, but my excitement for training goes beyond the walls of a weightroom. I have always had a strong passion to serve others and training was one avenue to do so. Every day I get to connect with different people, create structure, provide accountability, and help them reach goals, which is why I love what I do! “
