Swedish Massage – The most common type of massage therapy in the U.S., Swedish massage can be gentle and relaxing. Learn more
Deep Tissue Massage – Targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, deep tissue massage uses many of the same techniques but with increasing pressure. Learn more
Sports Massage –Using a combination of techniques, sports massage is designed to increase flexibility and loosen muscles. Learn more
Warm Himalayan Salt Stone Massage – A variation of classic massage therapy, hot stone massage incorporates heated, flat stones to relax muscle tension allowing the therapist to work on muscles without applying a high degree of pressure. Learn more
Trigger Point Therapy – When a tight area of muscle causes pain in other parts of the body, trigger point therapy can help. Learn more
Prenatal Massage – Increasingly popular among expectant mothers, a prenatal massage eases backaches, headaches, hip and leg tension and helps to reduce swelling in the hands and feet. Learn more
Aromatherapy** – Used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. Its main focus is relaxation and mindfulness. Adding essential oils is thought to enhance the benefits of massage.
Cupping Massage*** – Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping is a great add-on to any of our services.
CBD Massage*** – CBD massage is a traditional massage performed with CBD-infused oils and creams. Adding CBD to your massage can help calm inflammation, soothe anxiety, reduce chronic pain and melt tension.
In order to offer the best massage therapy experience for our clients, we ask that you adhere to the following etiquette and considerations.
Appointments: Massages are available by appointment only. Call 605-361-0445 or visit the front desk to make an appointment.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for proper check-in and completion of any necessary forms. Late arrivals may not receive the full appointment time.
What to Wear: Your comfort is important. You may wear as much or as little as you wish during your massage. During the session you will be covered by a sheet. Only the body part being worked on will be exposed.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee in the amount of the appointment is applied if a 24 hours notice is not given.
Cell Phones: Please silence or turn off all cell phones to help us create a quiet, calm atmosphere.
Payment Policy: We accept cash, check or credit card. Payment is due when you check in for your appointment.
Gratuities: Gratuity is not included in your service fee and is left to your discretion.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are available at the front desk.
Age Requirements: Massage services are available to all ages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have written permission from a parent or legal guardian. In some cases, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the session.
