Working with Ty has been so rewarding. I have learned so much about weight training and different exercises. He pushes me to do my best every time and has made me feel confident and comfortable about going to the gym on days when we are not training. I have noticed great results with our training and feel so good every day. My clothes fit great again and I feel so strong.”

When I started with Ty I was not confident in the gym, not knowing proper form, and lacking gym motivation. Since working with him I have gained strength, flexibility, and confidence! He brings energy and motivation to every session. If you are looking for someone to challenge you in the gym and push you to be your best self, train with Ty!”

My fitness routine needed a challenge. I was comfortable and wanted a personal trainer that would push me and give me new training ideas. I got connected with Ty and was not disappointed. I was met with the perfect intensity that challenged me mentally and physically. He explained everything down to the science behind it. I not only learned specific movements, but I was also taught how to connect my mind and body leading to faster results. Ty’s training is unique and fun. He made me feel like I could do anything. Overall, extremely motivating and well worth the investment!”

“My journey to personal training with Ty came unexpectedly. In fact, it was prescribed to me by my doctor. One day while sitting in his office, we determined that I felt my best mentally when I was consistently weight trained. We also discussed the issue of my social anxiety escalating when at the gym and that the solution would be to hire a trainer. Since beginning training sessions with Ty, my appreciation and respect have grown for what trainers do. There are so many variables that play a role in fitness. Trainers are responsible for taking these variables into account while also helping their clients achieve their goals. A few variables I brought to the table were: two cesarean surgeries, vein disease, mycoplasma pneumonia infection, depression & anxiety. Unlike many people who use fitness to perfect their physique, my goal was to use fitness to enhance my mental health. When starting, I could have cared less about what my body looked like. What I needed was an activity to mentally engage in, have accountability, be challenged, and create motivation. On day one, Ty mentioned I should try deadlifting. The type of lift didn’t matter to me as much as knowing someone saw the potential for it. I needed something to work towards, something to perfect, and decided deadlifts it would be. This leads me to say that one of the first qualities Ty portrayed was his keen eye for observation. Understanding a person’s natural build and pairing them with movements that are suitable is a gift. Not to forget to mention he can also discern when his clients workout on an empty stomach! Whether you are currently training or are considering training with Ty, do yourself a favor and eat before your session! Throughout training, Ty has also modeled professionalism, passion for his career, and a hard work ethic. He truly cares for his clients and seeing that they reach their goals. You can take my word that he will go above and beyond for you as his client. It’s up to you to start the journey.”
